INTELLIGENT AUTO SHADE ADJUSTMENT – Automatically adjusts the lens shade, sensitivity, and delay based on the brightness of the welding arc. Shade and delay can be fine-tuned within ±9 levels, while sensitivity is fixed. When Smart Auto Adjustment is activated, you can choose one of three modes or enable all simultaneously, customizing the settings to your preference. This provides instant eye protection, reduces fatigue, and ensures consistent visibility and precision for every weld.
TRUE-COLOR PANORAMIC VIEW – This panoramic welding helmet features one main lens and two side lenses. The main lens measures 4.6″ x 3.2″, and each side lens measures 1.3″ x 2.5″, providing a total viewing area of 7.2″ x 3.2″. All lenses offer upgraded 1/1/1/1 optical clarity, and seven premium arc sensors trigger auto-darkening in just 1/30000s, delivering a clearer weld pool, reducing eye strain, and improving precision across all welding tasks.
INTERNAL SCREEN ADJUSTMENT – This welding helmet allows you to view and adjust settings directly on the internal display. Buttons next to the screen provide precise control over Shade, Sensitivity, and Delay parameters for optimal welding performance.
MEMORY MODES & GRADIENT CONTROL – Save up to 9 custom welding settings for quick recall, allowing you to easily switch between different tasks without readjusting your helmet each time. Gradient control provides smooth transitions between light and dark states, reducing eye strain and ensuring consistent visibility during welding, cutting, or grinding.
PREMIUM LENS PROTECTION – Equipped with two thick outer lenses and an additional blue-light filtering outer lens, this helmet provides superior impact and scratch resistance while reducing harmful blue light exposure for enhanced eye safety and comfort during long welding sessions.
RECHARGEABLE BATTERY & SOLAR ASSIST – Equipped with a 500mAh rechargeable battery and solar assist technology for extended runtime. Fully charges in 2.5–3 hours, offering approximately 16,000 hours of standby time. On a full charge, it provides up to 1,200 hours of operation without the LED light, or up to 500 hours with the LED light on, ensuring reliable, long-lasting performance for all welding tasks.
BUILT-IN WORK LIGHT – Integrated LED lighting can be turned on via a button below the internal screen, illuminating dark workspaces for better visibility. Enhances precise alignment, improves accuracy, and increases safety during welding, cutting, or grinding tasks.
